Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in its Procure to Pay practice to help clients optimize procurement and accounts payable operations through process improvement, technology implementation and operating model changes. You will work with procurement, finance, shared services, operations, and IT to boost efficiency, compliance and supplier collaboration.

The role requires leading workstreams across design, deployment and value realization, with up to 60% travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Procure to Pay processes including requisitions, PO, AP and vendor management.
• Experience designing and improving P2P operating models and controls.
• Experience partnering with procurement, finance and IT stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing Procure to Pay transformation engagements and deliver outcomes.
• Assess procurement and AP operations to identify improvements and automation.
• Define future-state processes, operating models and technology needs.
• Translate requirements into workflows, user stories and deployment plans.
• Support implementation, testing, training and adoption across procurement tech.
• Identify opportunities to improve compliance and reduce cycle times.
• Manage risks, dependencies and executive communications.
• Lead and mentor team members while ensuring quality delivery.
• Support business development with proposals and demos.
