Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the Procure to Pay practice to help clients optimize procurement and accounts payable operations through process improvement, technology implementation, and operating model transformation.

You will lead engagements across process assessment, future-state design, deployment, and value realization while collaborating with procurement, finance, and IT stakeholders. Travel up to 60% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• Approximately 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in P2P, Procurement Operations, AP, Shared Services, or Consulting.
• Experience leading or supporting P2P transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Zip, Oracle Procurement, or similar solutions.
• Strong understanding of requisition-to-payment process flows and controls.
• Experience producing process maps, BRDs, functional specs, test plans, and implementation docs.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience.
• Ability and willingness to travel as required; travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing Procure to Pay transformation engagements and deliver project outcomes.
• Assess procurement and AP operations to identify improvement opportunities.
• Drive transformation across requisition, PO, invoice processing, AP, and vendor management.
• Facilitate workshops with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Define future-state business processes, operating models, and technology requirements.
• Translate business needs into requirements, flows, user stories, and deployment plans.
• Support implementation, testing, training, deployment, and adoption of procurement tech.
• Identify opportunities to improve compliance and automation; reduce cycle times.
• Manage risks, dependencies, issues, and executive communications.
• Lead and mentor team members while ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Support business development including proposals, demos, and estimates.
