Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the Procure to Pay transformation practice, tasked with optimizing procurement and accounts payable via process improvement, technology deployment, and operating model changes. You will collaborate with procurement, finance, shared services, IT, and operations to drive efficiency and compliance.

The role requires leading cross-functional workstreams, designing future-state processes, and delivering value realization across client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant P2P/Procurement Operations experience.
• Experience leading or supporting P2P transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Zip, Oracle Procurement.
• Strong understanding of requisition-to-payment processes and controls.
• Experience producing process maps, business requirements, and implementation docs.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing Procure to Pay transformation engagements and deliver successful outcomes.
• Assess procurement and AP operations to identify improvements and automation opportunities.
• Drive transformation across requisition, PO, invoice processing, AP, and vendor management.
• Facilitate workshops with procurement, finance, operations, AP, and shared services.
• Define future-state processes, operating models, and governance structures.
• Translate business needs into requirements, flows, and deployment plans.
• Support implementation, testing, training, and deployment of procurement tech.
• Identify opportunities to improve compliance and reduce cycle times.
• Manage project risks and executive communications.
• Lead and mentor team members to ensure quality delivery.
• Support business development activities including proposals and demos.
