Job summary

RK&K is seeking a Procore Implementation Manager to lead implementation, administration, and ongoing improvement of Procore and PMIS for RK&K and clients. You will work with project teams and stakeholders to understand business needs, configure effective solutions, and support system adoption.

Essential functions include leading implementations, configuring settings, developing templates and SOPs, and delivering training and reports.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience administering, configuring, implementing, or supporting Procore.
Experience with Procore or other PMIS platforms in construction or infrastructure environments.
Ability to gather requirements, map processes, and configure systems.
Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead Procore and PMIS implementations from requirements gathering through deployment and ongoing support.
Facilitate stakeholder discussions, document requirements, map processes, and recommend improvements.
Configure Procore settings, templates, workflows, and user access across projects.
Develop training materials, user guides, and SOPs for administrators and end users.
Create reports and dashboards to support project oversight and decision making.
