Job summary

RK&K is seeking a Procore Implementation Manager to lead deployment of Procore and PMIS across projects. You will translate needs into configured solutions, train users, and establish standardized processes for consistent use.

You will collaborate with project teams and clients to optimize workflows, governance, and data quality while supporting adoption across RK&K's portfolio.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering, configuring, implementing, or supporting Procore.
• Experience with Procore or other PMIS platforms in construction environments.
• Understanding of document control, field reporting, cost management, and closeout.

Responsibilities

• Lead Procore and other PMIS implementations from requirements through deployment and support.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, document requirements, map processes, and suggest improvements.
• Configure Procore settings, templates, permissions, workflows, and user access.
• Support document control, drawings, submittals, RFIs, inspections, and cost management.
• Develop templates, governance procedures, and admin documentation for consistency.
• Coordinate data migration, validation, integrations, and issue resolution.
• Create training materials, user guides, and SOPs for admins and end users.
• Provide ongoing system administration and user support; manage enhancements.
• Develop reports and dashboards to monitor project oversight and usage.
