Job summary

RK&K is seeking a Procore Implementation Manager to lead the implementation, administration, and ongoing improvement of Procore and other PMIS for RK&K and its clients. The role collaborates with project teams, internal departments, and client stakeholders to define business needs, configure effective solutions, and train users for successful adoption.

Responsibilities include configuring Procore, coordinating data migrations, developing SOPs, and delivering training materials.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering, configuring, implementing, or supporting Procore.
• Experience with Procore or other PMIS platforms in construction/engineering environments.
• Knowledge of document control, design coordination, field reporting, cost management, change management, and closeout.

Responsibilities

• Lead Procore and PMIS implementations from planning through deployment and ongoing support.
• Document business requirements, map current processes, and propose improvements.
• Configure Procore company- and project-level settings, templates, permissions, workflows, and access.
• Support document control, drawings, submittals, RFIs, inspections, daily reporting, and cost management.
• Develop templates, governance procedures, and SOPs for consistent use across projects.
• Coordinate data collection, migration, validation, system integrations, and issue resolution.
• Deliver training and user guides for administrators and end users.
• Provide ongoing system administration and evaluate new Procore features and PMIS capabilities.
• Develop reports and dashboards to inform oversight and decision-making.
• Support proposals, implementation plans, and client presentations.
