Job summary

RK&K's Construction Management Division is seeking a Procore Implementation Manager to lead the implementation, administration, and ongoing improvement of Procore and other PMIS for RK&K and its clients.

You will work with project teams, internal departments, and client stakeholders to understand business needs, configure effective solutions, establish consistent processes and SOPs, train users, and support successful system adoption across programs.

Qualifications

• Procore experience in implementation and administration in a PMIS environment.
• Ability to gather requirements and map processes for system optimization.
• Strong communication with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with configuring templates, permissions, workflows in Procore.

Responsibilities

• Lead Procore implementations from planning through deployment and support.
• Configure company- and project-level settings and templates.
• Develop training materials and SOPs for administrators and users.
• Create reports and dashboards to monitor system usage and project metrics.
• Support data migration, integrations, and issue resolution.
