Job summary

RK&K's Construction Management Division is seeking a Procore Implementation Manager to lead the implementation, administration, and continued improvement of Procore and other PMIS for RK&K and its clients.

This role will work with project teams, internal departments, and client stakeholders to understand business needs, configure effective solutions, establish SOPs, train users, and support successful system adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience administering, configuring, implementing, or supporting Procore.
• Experience with Procore or PMIS platforms in construction/engineering settings.
• Understanding of project delivery processes and governance.
• Gather requirements, configure systems, troubleshoot, and communicate solutions.
• Strong organization and communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Excel, Teams, SharePoint and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead Procore and PMIS implementations from planning through support.
• Document requirements, map processes, and propose improvements.
• Configure Procore settings, templates, permissions, workflows, and tools.
• Develop admin documentation, governance, and SOPs for projects.
• Coordinate data migration, integrations, testing, and issue resolution.
• Deliver training materials, user guides, and end-user support.
• Develop reports and dashboards to monitor data quality and usage.
• Support proposals, implementation plans, and client presentations.
