Job summary

RK&K is seeking a Procore Implementation Manager to lead the implementation and administration of Procore and other PMIS for RK&K and clients. The role collaborates with project teams and stakeholders to tailor solutions, train users, and ensure successful adoption.

You will configure settings, develop SOPs, and support ongoing system enhancements while driving standardized processes across projects and programs.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience administering, configuring, implementing, or supporting Procore.
Experience with Procore or other PMIS platforms in a construction environment.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Lead Procore and PMIS implementations from requirements through configuration, testing, deployment and support.
Facilitate stakeholder discussions and document business requirements; map processes.
Configure Procore company- and project-level settings, templates, permissions, workflows, and forms.
Support document control, drawings, submittals, RFIs, inspections, daily reporting, cost management, changes, and closeout.
Develop standardized templates, workflows, governance procedures, and admin docs.
Coordinate data collection, migration, validation, system integrations, and issue resolution.
