Job summary

RK&K is seeking a Procore Implementation Manager to lead Procore and PMIS deployments, configure systems, and drive adoption across projects. You will work with project teams and clients to map processes, train users, and develop governance docs.

Responsibilities include data migration, reporting, and ongoing system administration, with a focus on standardized templates and SOPs to ensure consistency across RK&K programs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering, configuring, implementing, or supporting Procore.
• Knowledge of Procore or other PMIS platforms in a construction environment.
• Understanding of document control, field reporting, cost management, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Procore and PMIS implementations from requirements gathering through deployment and support.
• Configure settings, permissions, workflows, and templates across projects.
• Develop training materials and administer user guides for administrators and end users.
• Create reports and dashboards to support project oversight and decision making.
