Job summary

RK&K's Construction Management Division is seeking a Procore Implementation Manager to lead implementation, administration, and ongoing improvement of Procore and other PMIS for RK&K and clients. You will work with project teams, internal departments, and client stakeholders to understand needs, configure solutions, establish SOPs, train users, and support adoption.

Essential functions include leading implementations, documenting requirements, configuring settings, and developing

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering, configuring, implementing, or supporting Procore.
• Experience with PMIS platforms (Autodesk Forma, Kahua, Oracle Unifier, etc.).
• Knowledge of document control, design coordination, field reporting and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Procore and PMIS implementations from planning through deployment and support.
• Configure templates, permissions, workflows, and project tools in Procore.
• Develop training materials and administer end-user guidance.
• Coordinate data migration, testing, and system integrations.
• Create reports and dashboards to monitor system usage and data quality.
• Support clients and internal teams with system adoption and improvements.
