Job summary

RK&K's Construction Management Division is seeking a Procore Implementation Manager to lead the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of Procore and other PMIS for RK&K and its clients. You will work with project teams, internal departments, and client stakeholders to understand needs, configure solutions, and train users.

Responsibilities include configuring Procore, developing SOPs, and delivering training and reports to support project oversight.

Qualifications

Relevant education or experience in construction management, engineering, information systems, business, project management, or a related field.
Hands-on experience administering, configuring, implementing, or supporting Procore.
Experience with Procore or other PMIS platforms (Autodesk Forma, Kahua, Oracle Unifier, etc.).
Understanding of project delivery processes such as document control, cost management, and closeout.

Responsibilities

Lead Procore and other PMIS implementations from requirements gathering through configuration, testing, deployment and support.
Facilitate stakeholder discussions, document requirements, map processes, and suggest improvements.
Configure Procore settings, templates, permissions, workflows, and project tools.
Provide training, user guides, and SOPs for admins, teams, and end users.
Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support project oversight and decisions.
