Job summary

J.P. Morgan Wealth Management is seeking a Process Improvement Manager to drive automation, AI enablement, and analytics across operations and service. This role blends strategy with hands-on solution delivery to simplify complex work and deliver measurable business outcomes.

The successful candidate will partner with Operations, Service, Product, Technology, and leadership teams to build scalable solutions, deliver executive dashboards, and support governance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python/SQL/JavaScript for automations and analytics.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Alteryx.
• Experience using AI tools, LLMs, and AI-assisted analytics to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across JPMWM Service & Supervision.
• Own process improvement and technology-enabled initiatives from discovery through adoption and governance.
• Create custom solutions using programming languages, low-code platforms, automation tools, and AI capabilities to solve complex business problems and drive operational efficiencies.
• Leverage AI capabilities to enhance reporting, streamline analysis, automate recurring tasks, identify trends, and improve decision-making.
• Manage and evolve service, advisor, and operational feedback programs, including Most Wanted Improvements and Send US Feedback.
• Create executive dashboards, analytics, and management reporting that drive business decisions.
• Partner with Product and Technology teams to evaluate, design, and implement strategic solutions.
• Assess emerging technologies and identify opportunities for AI, automation, and workflow modernization.
• Translate business challenges into scalable technology-enabled solutions.
• Design and maintain operational reporting and performance measurement frameworks.
• Lead requirements gathering and document business requirements, process logic, solution designs, testing criteria, controls, and implementation needs to support effective delivery, adoption, governance, and ongoing solution maintenance.
• Review operational trends, service & advisor feedback, and escalation data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Perform root cause analyses and develop recommendations for sustainable corrective actions.
