Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Process Improvement Manager within J.P. Morgan Wealth Management to drive automation, analytics, and AI-enabled process enhancements.

You will partner with Operations, Service, Product, Technology, and senior leadership to develop scalable, measurable improvements across the Wealth Management platform. Qualifications

• Strong coding and solution-development skills with Python/SQL/JavaScript to build automations and analytics.
• Advanced experience with Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate).
• Experience with Alteryx for workflow automation.
• Experience using AI tools, LLMs, Copilot, prompt engineering, and AI Analytics.
• Experience building dashboards with Tableau/Power BI.
• Ability to work with multiple data sources and perform advanced data analysis.
• Familiarity with SharePoint Online and Microsoft Lists.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across JPMWM Service & Supervision.
• Own process improvement and tech-enabled initiatives from discovery to implementation and governance.
• Create custom solutions using coding, low-code, automation, and AI capabilities.
• Leverage AI to enhance reporting and automate recurring tasks.
• Manage feedback programs like Most Wanted Improvements and Send US Feedback.
• Create executive dashboards and management reporting for business decisions.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology to design and implement solutions.
• Assess emerging technologies for AI, automation, and workflow modernization.
