Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Internal Strategy & Process Consulting Lead (VP) to oversee day-to-day delivery of high- impact engagements. You will translate ambiguous problems into actionable roadmaps, lead cross- functional teams, and manage senior sponsors across Product, Data, Technology, Operations, and Risk.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in management or internal consulting with impact.
• Experience leading complex engagements and multiple workstreams.
• Structured problem solving and clarity from ambiguity.
• Data-driven diagnosis with value quantification.
• Executive storytelling and senior stakeholder facilitation.
• Experience with GenAI tools to enhance delivery.
• Ability to coach teams and foster collaboration.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of transformation engagements from diagnostic through design, recommendation, pilot, roadmap, and implementation support.
• Structure ambiguous executive problems into a clear engagement architecture, workstreams, hypotheses, analytical priorities, milestones, and decision points.
• Direct multiple interconnected workstreams; challenge analyses, identify gaps, ensure synthesis, and maintain a high bar for consulting quality.
• Manage senior stakeholders and executive sponsors, align divergent perspectives, navigate dependencies, and drive decisions in a matrixed environment.
• Own the engagement storyline and build executive-ready communications that translate evidence into implications, recommendations, and actions.
• Establish and run the engagement operating rhythm, including team management, governance, issue/decision tracking, and stakeholder updates.
• Guide teams and clients in GenAI, automation, and analytics opportunities, including use-case definition, value sizing, and roadmaps.
• Lead, coach, and develop consulting teams through delegation, feedback, mentorship, and quality review.
• Contribute to broader Performance Consulting by sharing knowledge and championing collaboration and continuous improvement.
