Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Process and Tooling Engineer to lead blow molding tooling, process development, validation, and qualification across manufacturing operations. You will partner with Product Development, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and vendors to ensure tooling designs and processes meet safety, quality, and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5–8 years in plastics packaging manufacturing, process engineering, tooling engineering, or related field.
• Experience with Injection Stretch Blow Molding (ISBM) tooling and vendors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead mold sampling, process qualification, and validation for new, replacement, and rebuilt molds.
• Optimize molding processes to meet dimensional, visual, and performance specs at designed cycle times.
• Develop tooling standards, specifications, and documentation; manage vendor and project communications.
