Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Process and Tooling Engineer to lead blow molding tooling projects across manufacturing operations. You will drive tooling design, process development, validation, and qualification, partnering with Product Development, R&D, Operations, and Quality to ensure safety, quality, and performance meet customer needs.

The role requires strong tooling and process engineering expertise, with emphasis on ISBM tooling, mold qualification, and continuous improvement across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or related technical discipline required.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead all blow molding tooling projects from concept to implementation.
• Optimize molding processes to meet dimensional, visual, and performance specs at designed cycle times.
• Establish validated baseline processes and maintain Master Process Sheets.
