Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Product Manager who drives sales activity for assigned product responsibilities. You will work closely with strategic suppliers and fulfillment partners to establish and optimize relationships with manufacturers and suppliers.

Under general supervision, you will secure pricing, rebates, and marketing support, negotiate terms, and align with vendor agreements. You will interact with senior leadership to strategize actions that boost sales and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; 3–5 years of related experience in Industrial Manufacturing/Process settings.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals and communicate effectively to drive profitability.
• Strong leadership, time management, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Secure best-in-class pricing, rebates, and marketing support.
• Negotiate commercial terms and align with U.S. vendor agreements.
• Develop new vendor relationships and collaborate with field sales to drive growth.
• Support initiatives by optimizing market potential, pricing, and marketing programs.
• Identify product category gaps and drive sales growth with strategic suppliers/digital partners.
