This role partners with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and distributors to strengthen market share and channel performance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in product management in industrial environments, with a strong grasp of pricing, lifecycle management, and market analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field required.
• MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of product management experience in industrial/manufacturing sectors.
• Experience with distribution channels and indirect sales models.
• Strong lifecycle management, pricing, market segmentation, and commercialization knowledge.
• Knowledge of pumps/fluid handling is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Own Diaphragm Pump, Peristaltic Pump, and Controller product lines at the Florida facility.
• Develop and execute product line strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
• Lead full product lifecycle from launches to rationalization.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and distributors to improve performance.
• Create pricing strategies and business cases to improve profitability.
• Develop product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and technology trends.
• Support successful product launches through cross-functional teamwork.
• Forecast demand, revenue, and market opportunities for annual plans.
