Job summary

Motion Industries seeks a Process Pump Specialist to support customers' industrial pump needs. You will collaborate with Account Representatives to quote, engineer, and close product and solution sales, and pursue OEM accounts.

You will provide technical pump product support, educate customers and colleagues, help with business planning to hit sales goals, and coordinate vendor resources. Face-to-face customer interactions are common, and other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

• Sales and engineering knowledge of pump products with a focus on industrial related products.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organization and detail oriented.
• Moderate computer skills with an ability to use Microsoft Outlook.
• Typically requires strong sales experience with emphasis on growth in new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Works with Account Representatives to identify, quote, engineer, and close product and solution sales.
• Independently pursues OEM accounts to identify, quote, engineer, and close product solution sales.
• Provides technical support and educates customers, Account Representatives, and CSR's about pump products.
• Works with Branch Managers to provide business planning to reach product sales goals.
• Coordinates vendor resources to build relationships and support Account Representatives.
• Routinely interacts face-to-face with customers to foster strong relationships and maintain satisfaction.
