Job summary

Capital One's Process Management team is seeking a Manager, Process Management (Network Documentation) to lead the creation and maintenance of high‑quality technical specifications and documentation for the Transaction Processing Network. You will blend writing, analysis, and governance to deliver scalable, well‑documented processes that reduce risk and accelerate delivery.

In this role you will mentor teammates, partner with product and engineering stakeholders, and explore AI-enabled tooling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience is required.
• 2+ years in Process Management.
• 2+ years in cross-functional environments with stakeholder expectations.
• 1 year hands-on experience using technical formatting, authoring, or publishing tools.

Responsibilities

• Content Management: author, maintain, and publish high-quality technical specifications and guides for technical and non-technical audiences; act as SME for documentation.
• Process Optimization & AI Automation: analyze requirements, redesign workflows, and identify opportunities for automation and AI integration.
• Governance & Risk: manage document lifecycles, version control, and audit readiness in line with risk standards.
• Stakeholder Management: engage with leaders to deliver impactful documentation and influence cross-functional teams.
• Mentorship: lead knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to SOPs and best practices.
