• Content Management & Technical Writing: author, maintain, and publish technical specs and guides for diverse audiences.
• Process Optimization & AI Automation: analyze requirements, redesign workflows, automate documentation lifecycle.
• Governance, Compliance & Risk Management: manage document lifecycles, version control, and risk standards.
• Stakeholder Management & Influence: engage stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.
