Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Manager of Process Management to lead documentation across the Transaction Processing Network Documentation team. You will author, maintain, and publish high-quality technical specifications and guides for both technical and non-technical audiences, driving clarity and efficiency.

You will partner with stakeholders to optimize workflows, automate processes, and ensure governance, risk, and audit readiness.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Military experience required.
At least 2 years of experience in Process Management.
At least 2 years in a cross-functional environment managing stakeholder expectations.
At least 1 year hands-on experience using technical formatting, authoring, or publishing tools.

Responsibilities

Content Management, technical writing, and publishing high-quality specifications and guides for technical and non-technical audiences.
Process optimization and AI automation to redesign cross-functional workflows and improve documentation clarity and speed-to-market.
Governance, compliance, and risk management with lifecycle and audit readiness.
Stakeholder management and influence across internal/external teams and leadership to deliver impactful results.
Mentorship and team enablement through knowledge-sharing and SOP development.
