• At least 2 years of experience in Process Management.

Responsibilities

• Content Management & Technical Writing: Author, maintain, and publish high-quality technical specifications and guides for diverse audiences; serve as SME for products covered.
• Process Optimization & AI Automation: Analyze requirements, perform gap analyses, redesign workflows to improve clarity, usability, and speed to market; pursue automation opportunities.
• Governance, Compliance & Risk Management: Manage document lifecycles, version control, review cycles, and adherence to risk standards; ensure audit readiness.
• Stakeholder Management & Influence: Communicate clearly with stakeholders and leaders; align teams to deliver impactful results.
• Mentorship & Team Enablement: Lead knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to SOPs and best practices.
