Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a Manager - Process Engineering to lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives across Information Security and Technology Solutions (ISTS), applying DMAIC and Lean Six Sigma to design, standardize, and govern ISTS processes.

You will partner with technology towers, Experience Owners, Process Owners, and risk teams to reduce friction, increase capacity, and strengthen enterprise controls, delivering measurable gains and robust governance artifacts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process engineering, analysis, and change management.
• 3+ years of experience establishing or operating within a formal BPM framework.
• 2+ years of experience using process mapping tools (Lucidchart, Visio, Mural, etc.).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification

Responsibilities

• Apply DMAIC and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to solve complex, cross-functional problems.
• Partner with ISTS leaders to identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact improvement opportunities aligned to enterprise goals.
• Deliver measurable capacity and efficiency gains, expense reduction, and risk avoidance, validated through standardized measurement and reporting.
• Ensure process improvements are sustainable, controlled, and embedded into day-to-day operations.
• Maintain a healthy improvement backlog and prioritize initiatives with the greatest value potential.
• Enforce a consistent engagement lifecycle, quality standards, and documentation approach.
• Ensure improvements result in updated process maps, SOPs, KPIs, and governance artifacts.
