Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Manager - Process Engineering to lead process improvement across Information Security and Technology Solutions (ISTS). You will apply Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, and BPM to design, standardize, and govern ISTS processes.

This role partners with technology leaders, risk, security and operations to reduce friction, increase capacity, and strengthen controls. As a delivery leader and capability builder, you will maintain process documentation, KPIs, and governance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process engineering, analysis and change management.
• 3+ years in formal BPM framework: inventory, documentation, governance.
• 2+ years using process-mapping tools (Lucidchart, Visio, Mural).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.

Responsibilities

• Apply DMAIC and Lean Six Sigma to solve complex, cross-functional problems.
• Identify, prioritize and execute high-impact improvement opportunities aligned to goals and OKRs.
• Deliver measurable capacity gains, expense reduction and risk avoidance with standardized metrics.
• Ensure improvements are sustainable, documented, and embedded into operations.
