Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager of Process Engineering to lead high‑impact BPM initiatives across Information Security and Technology Solutions. You will design, standardize, and govern ISTS processes using Lean Six Sigma, agentic workflows, and BPM disciplines while partnering with risk, security, and operations teams.

You will drive implementation, ensure durable improvements, maintain documentation, and track KPIs to sustain operational excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process engineering, analysis, and change management.
• 3+ years establishing or operating within a formal BPM framework with governance routines.
• 2+ years using process mapping tools (Lucidchart, Visio, Mural).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.

Responsibilities

• Apply DMAIC and Lean Six Sigma to solve cross‑functional problems.
• Partner with ISTS leaders to identify and execute high‑impact improvements.
• Deliver measurable capacity gains, reduce expenses, and mitigate risk.
• Ensure improvements are sustainable with updated SOPs, KPIs, and governance artifacts.
• Create clear current‑state visuals and design optimized future‑state processes.
