Job summary

Amcor is seeking a technically skilled engineer to provide safety-focused support for manufacturing operations. You will implement process improvements, train operators, and work across engineering, maintenance, and production to reduce waste and improve efficiency.

Ideal candidates have an engineering degree with 1–3 years of experience and strong problem-solving and communication skills. The role emphasizes collaboration and continuous improvement in a dynamic packaging facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 1–3 years of experience.
• Experience with manufacturing processes and process improvements is a plus.
• Familiarity with quality standards and process control.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety as the top priority while improving efficiency and reducing waste.
• Support World Class Operations Management implementation.
• Investigate process and quality issues and develop corrective actions.
• Train operators on new equipment and procedures.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production to troubleshoot problems.
