Amcor is seeking a Senior Process Engineer in the United States to provide technical and process engineering services. The role supports development, commercialization, and continuous improvement of products, with collaboration across sales, marketing, and customer support teams.

The successful candidate will lead trials, analyze data, improve product quality, and drive world-class operations management throughout the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field is required.
• Five to seven years experience in an engineering or process role in a flexible packaging converting operation.
• Training and experience in Lean manufacturing methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Support Environmental Health & Safety for the facility and improve safety performance.
• Coordinate project orders with Production Planning to fit production schedules.
• Provide technical guidance to Maintenance to implement improvements.
• Lead troubleshooting of production and process problems with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze trial data and report results to department managers.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and develop new products.
