Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial) required.
• 1–3 years of engineering experience in manufacturing or process improvement preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Solid communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to maintain safety and improve manufacturing operations.
• Lead process improvements to reduce costs and waste.
• Train operators on new equipment and procedures.
• Collaborate with project engineering on equipment modifications.
• Support World Class Operations initiatives.
