Amcor is seeking an engineer to provide technical support and maintain safe, efficient manufacturing operations in our AFNA facility. You will drive cost improvements, mentor operators, and collaborate across teams to reduce waste and downtime.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 1–3 years of experience, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of flexible packaging processes. A fast-paced, safety‑driven environment awaits with opportunities for growth.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with methodical approach.
• Knowledge of flexible packaging processes and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety as a priority and drive process improvements for quality, waste and productivity.
• Support World Class Operations Management initiatives.
• Investigate root causes of process and yield issues and implement corrective actions.
• Train operators on new equipment, procedures and modifications.
• Collaborate with plant teams to reduce downtime and increase productivity.
