Job summary

Amcor LLC in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to provide technical and process engineering support for development and commercialization of new packaging products. You will lead process improvements, troubleshoot issues, and transfer knowledge across teams to drive operational excellence.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and 5–7 years in a related field, with Lean manufacturing experience and strong communication skills. On-site role with strong team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field.
• 5–7 years of experience in engineering or process roles in a flexible packaging converting operation.
• Lean manufacturing methodologies experience/training.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and process engineering services for projects including development and commercialization of new products.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and world-class operations management programs.
• Coordinate production trials, analyze data, and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Support environmental health and safety programs and improve performance.
• Troubleshoot production/quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and customers on product enhancements.
