Job summary

Olin Corporation is seeking a Process Engineer Intern/Co-Op in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. The role supports operations, maintenance, and safety goals through lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives and may participate in small capital projects from justification to installation.

You will lead multiple hands-on projects each rotation, collaborate with maintenance on policies, and drive data-based process improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate Electrical or Mechanical degree program.
• GPA 3.0+ on a 4.0 scale required; official transcript each term.
• Sophomore year completed (or 60 credits) prior to first rotation.
• Not eligible for virtual work; ability to work full-time (40 hours/week).
• ITAR access requirements and security vetting for eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead a minimum of three hands-on projects during the rotation.
• Support maintenance by developing preventative and predictive maintenance policies.
• Identify and implement process improvements for production of small caliber ammunition.
• Collect, process, and communicate data to support engineering projects in a fast-paced facility.
