Job summary

Olin is seeking a Process Engineer Co-Op for a six-month rotation at East Alton, IL. You’ll support operations, maintenance, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires enrolled chemical engineering students with a 3.0+ GPA, completion of sophomore year, and willingness to work full-time on-site. Housing stipend is available; ITAR data access may be required.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a chemical engineering degree with strong math and science fundamentals.
• Maintain GPA of 3.0 or higher throughout the program term.
• Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a minimum of three hands-on projects during the rotation.
• Identify and implement process improvements for small caliber ammunition production.
• Collect and communicate data to support engineering projects in a fast-paced setting.
