Job summary

Creation Technologies International Inc is seeking a Process Engineer II to translate engineering concepts into scalable manufacturing solutions for circuit card assemblies and box-build products. You will lead hands-on work with equipment, tooling, and cross-functional teams to launch and optimize processes, improve quality and yield, and mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of process engineering experience in electronics assembly.
• Familiarity with ISO9001/13485 or AS9100 and NPI concepts.

Responsibilities

• Set up and readiness of manufacturing processes with equipment and tooling.
• Document manufacturing processes and maintain records.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
• Lead root-cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Support PCBA and box-build production as needed.
