Job summary

Creation Technologies International is seeking a Process Engineer II to turn concepts into scalable manufacturing solutions for CCAs and box-build products. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field with electronics/manufacturing focus.
• Minimum 5 years of process engineering experience or equivalent technical support.
• Minimum 4 years of electronic manufacturing experience; SMT or Wave soldering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and readiness of manufacturing processes, equipment, and tooling with safety compliance.
• Document manufacturing processes and maintain accurate records and protocols.
• Analyze KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and reduce costs while improving yield.
• Provide guidance to interns, technicians, and junior engineers as needed.
• Validate new process technologies and integrate them into production with cross-functional teams.
