Job summary
Creation Technologies International Inc in Rochester, NY is seeking an Engineering 2 candidate to execute moderately complex engineering tasks for CCAs and box assemblies. You will translate customer requirements into assembly and test processes, manage BOMs, routing, and ECO/NPI activities, and support manufacturing with documentation and process control.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Up to 7 years of electronics manufacturing engineering experience.
- Familiar with IPC standards and J-standards.
- Experience with NPI and ECO processes.
- Design for Assembly and Test knowledge.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and drawings.
- Adherence to safety guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Set up and readiness of manufacturing processes and tooling.
- Troubleshoot equipment and maintain production efficiency.
- Document manufacturing processes and control BOM/docs.
- Drive continuous improvement and productivity improvements.
- Support NPIs and ECO processes with cross-functional teams.
- Provide guidance to interns, technicians, and junior engineers.
