Qualifications

  • Mathematical and physics calculations required.
  • Project planning and drafting skills essential.
  • Project management is a plus.
  • Problem-solving skills with ability to devise technical and creative solutions to prevent delays.
  • Team coordination with team members is essential.
  • Proficiency with Microboard’s Shop Floor Tracking System (Aegis) preferred.
  • Individuals must pass the IPC-A-610 solder inspection trainings.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct root cause analysis on failures, implement preventive measures.
  • Participate in Tech and Design Reviews of existing and new product introduction (NPI).
  • Strong mechanical background with focus on automation, understanding of electrical engineering and machine programming.
  • Act as a cross-functional team member to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs to ensure process consistency and safety compliance.
  • Develop manufacturing processes and work instructions for PCB and electro-mechanical assemblies.
  • Interface with quality control teams and assist in inspections and rework of PCBs and assemblies.
