Job summary

Creation Technologies Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer II in Denver, CO to translate engineering concepts into reliable, scalable manufacturing solutions for CCAs and box-build products.

You will launch and optimize processes, troubleshoot issues, validate new technologies, and drive improvements in quality, yield, cost, and productivity. The role requires hands-on work with equipment, tooling, materials, and cross-functional teams, offering opportunities to mentor interns and junior engineers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field with electronics/manufacturing focus.
• Minimum 5 years of process engineering experience.
• Minimum 4 years of electronics manufacturing experience; SMT or Wave soldering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and validate manufacturing processes with equipment and tooling.
• Troubleshoot complex escalated issues and ensure quality standards.
• Document processes and maintain accurate records per protocols.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime and sustain production.
• Drive continuous improvement and productivity initiatives on existing and new processes.
• Provide guidance to interns,Technicians, and junior engineers as needed.
