Job summary

Creation Technologies is seeking a Senior Engineering Tech to lead complex design projects, drive innovation, and ensure top quality on the production floor. The role centers on mentoring technicians, optimizing processes, and implementing systematic improvements across manufacturing.

You will oversee equipment readiness, troubleshoot advanced issues, and develop SOPs and technical documents to meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of electronics manufacturing and PCBA processes.
• Experience leading SOP creation and assigning SOPs to Eng. Tech levels.
• Proven ability to mentor and lead cross-functional teams in process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and readiness of manufacturing equipment with safety and quality in mind.
• Escalate and resolve advanced engineering tasks while ensuring compliance with standards.
• Drive process validation studies and continuous improvement across departments.
• Mentor Production and Engineering Techs to foster technical excellence.
• Develop and approve technical documents and SOPs for new technologies.
