The role drives continuous improvement, lean and Six Sigma implementations, and budget management while ensuring compliance with industry standards. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive electronics manufacturing experience; 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Aerospace/Defense/medical manufacturing experience preferred for A&D/Medical sites.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership to engineering teams; set goals, mentor staff, and foster growth.
• Develop strategic plans to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality in manufacturing processes.
• Lead NPI framework to launch new products with cross-functional support.
• Oversee project lifecycles from conception to deployment within budget and schedule.
• Drive lean manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste and improve performance.
• Manage training and professional development of engineering staff; ensure regulatory compliance.
