Job summary

Creation Technologies is seeking an Engineering 2 role focused on executing complex electrical/mechanical engineering tasks in electronics manufacturing services. The candidate will work with Manufacturing Engineering management to ensure process readiness, BOM control, and cross-functional collaboration for NPI and ECO changes.

The position emphasizes hands-on problem solving, documentation, and continuous improvement within a PLM/MES environment, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with electronics/manufacturing focus.
• Up to 7 years of engineering experience in electronics manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards (ISO 9001/13485; AS9100).

Responsibilities

• Set up and ensure process readiness of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Document manufacturing processes and procedures with accurate records.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement and support NPI/ECO processes.
