Job summary

Creation Technologies in the United States is seeking a Process Engineering Manager to lead the engineering team responsible for PCBA and box assembly processes, driving continuous improvement and manufacturing efficiency. You will oversee project lifecycles, implement lean and six sigma initiatives, manage CAPEX/OPEX budgets, and ensure compliance with ISO9001, ISO13485, ITAR, IPC and J-STD standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with a focus on electronics and manufacturing processes or equivalent industry or military training experience.
• Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in electronics manufacturing including 3+ years in engineering management/leadership roles.
• Aerospace, Defense and/or medical manufacturing experience required for A&D/Medical MFG sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to engineering teams across their discipline; mentor team members to enhance skills and career progression.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality in manufacturing processes; incorporate advanced technologies to improve process capabilities.
• Follow the NPI framework; launch new products with cross-functional support.
• Manage and coordinate engineering projects; ensure delivery within budget and timelines.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives; lead programs to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
• Oversee training and professional development of engineering staff; upskill employees.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations (ISO9001, ISO13485, ITAR, CGP, IPC, J-STD).
• Develop relationships with suppliers and customers; align engineering objectives with customer needs and supply chain capabilities.
• Prepare and manage engineering CAPEX and OPEX budgets; forecast needs and control expenditures.
• Champion lean manufacturing and Six Sigma to reduce waste and variability.
