Job summary

Bank of America Corporation is seeking a Process Improvement professional to analyze processes, document opportunities, and drive change initiatives that improve cost efficiency, quality, productivity, and risk mitigation. You will partner with business leaders and SMEs to ensure transparency across business and technology teams and deliver solutions within budget and timeline.

Qualifications

5+ years in Industrial Engineering or related fields.
Excellent written & verbal communications.
Able to obtain working knowledge of key technologies in target state solutions.
Consulting/advisory experience is a plus.
Experience with IE in Financial Services is an advantage.
Strong data analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

Implement solutions to address issues, optimize efficiency, and improve controls.
Collaborate with Line of Business partners to identify and implement solutions for critical challenges.
Establish a model for continuous process improvement using best practices (process engineering, Six Sigma).
Leverage analytics to translate issues into structured, design-oriented solutions with defined benefits.
Support enterprise change management deliverables (SIPOC, RACI, risk assessments, control plans).
