Job summary

Bank of America seeks a seasoned process improvement professional to analyze processes, document business cases, and drive transformation within Operational Excellence. This role partners with leaders, PMs and IT to implement cost efficiencies, improve quality and mitigate risk on initiatives aligned to budget and timelines.

You will apply design thinking, Six Sigma and BPM principles to shape optimal business outcomes, supporting change management and scalable solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Industrial Engineering, process design, operations modeling or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• Able to obtain working knowledge of target state technologies.
• Experience in consulting/advisory is an advantage.
• IE fundamentals applied in Financial Services is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implements low to moderately complex solutions to address issues and risks.
• Establishes a model for continuous process improvement with SIPOC, RACI and risk assessments.
• Gathers information from Line of Business partners to identify solutions.
• Leverages analytics and critical thinking to solve complex business problems.
• Supports enterprise change management deliverables for material projects.
