Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Process Design Consultant within Global Operations to lead process improvement initiatives across enterprise processes. You will partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to enable process excellence, mitigate risk, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

You will guide cross-functional teams, apply Six Sigma or equivalent discipline, and leverage data to demonstrate benefits while delivering on time and within budget.

• Provide end-to-end process maturity and thought leadership for transformation.
• Collaborate with business partners to design solutions for critical challenges.
• Identify opportunities to apply process engineering best practices and AI/LLMs.
• Use analytics to quantify business case benefits and drive outcomes.
