Job summary

Bank of America seeks an experienced Process Design Manager to lead operational excellence initiatives in a complex enterprise. You will translate operational needs into scalable process objects, align redesign efforts with strategic goals, and drive governance across business units.

You will collaborate with executives, transformation teams, and technology partners to deliver measurable improvements and sustainable performance.

Qualifications

Defines and maintains Business Objects.
Process integration, operations, or technology enablement.
Experience collaborating well and influencing senior executives.
Background in agile delivery and software testing.
Ability to communicate fluently across business and technology domains.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Implements highly complex solutions to resolve issues, optimize efficiency, reduce variability, and improve controls, effectiveness, quality, and sustainability.
Oversees partnerships with support organizations and LOB partners to gather information for implementing solutions that resolve challenges.
Integrates process design best practices and applies business redesign concepts for continuous improvement.
Manages change by establishing governance routines to inspect program health and portfolios.
Ensures Enterprise Change Management policies are applied with stakeholders.
