Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing, managing, and implementing strategic change and major initiatives.

• Experience with MS Office suite including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, OneNote, CoPilot and SharePoint.
• Ability to collaborate across Strategy, Technology, Architecture, and Delivery teams.
• Experience navigating complex business environments and driving measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Implements moderately complex solutions to address issues and risks and improve controls and quality.
• Gathers information with business partners to identify and implement solutions for critical challenges.
• Establishes models for continuous process improvement using SIPOC, RACI, and risk assessments.
• Uses analytics to translate issues into structured, design-oriented solutions with clear benefits.
• Leads enterprise change management deliverables for major projects and artifacts.
