• Implements low to moderately complex solutions to address issues and risks, optimize efficiency and improve controls.
• Works with Line of Business partners to identify and implement solutions.
• Establishes a model for continuous process improvement using design thinking and Six Sigma.
• Leverages analytics to translate issues into structured design-oriented solutions.
• Supports change management deliverables for large projects (SIPOC, RACI, risk assessments).
