Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in industrial engineering or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in consulting/advisory is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implements low to moderately complex solutions to address issues and risks, optimize efficiency, reduce variability, and improve controls, quality, and sustainability.
• Works with Line of Business partners to gather information and implement solutions addressing critical challenges.
• Establishes a model for continuous process improvement using best practices and reusable technology solutions.
• Leverages analytics to translate issues into structured design oriented solutions with defined benefits.
• Supports enterprise change management deliverables for major projects including SIPOC, RACI maps, risk assessments, and control plans.
